Tbh, first seeing this I thought it was gonna be a sort of devil and angel on her shoulders type of scenario. The one on the left suggesting she indulge in her gluttonous self and the one on the right telling her to accept her body. Then her in the middle saying something along the lines of "You two aren't HELPING!"

I dunno. Regardless, absolutely love this piece!
